Scope
This policy applies to pharmafox.ch and complies with the Swiss revised Data Protection Act (revDSG) and the EU GDPR for visitors from EU countries.
Server logs
We store IP address, user agent, and referrer for abuse prevention. Retention: 90 days. Legal basis: legitimate interest (revDSG Art. 31).
Price data
We collect publicly available product prices from Swiss online pharmacies (Amavita, Sun Store, Coop Vitality, Zur Rose) daily. Prices are shown for orientation and link directly to the respective pharmacy. We do not sell products.
Price alerts (push notifications)
When you activate a price alert, we store your browser's push subscription URL (a cryptographic token), the price threshold, and the product GTIN. No email address is stored. Data is automatically deleted after 365 days. To withdraw: disable notifications in your browser settings or delete the alert on pharmafox.ch.
No analytics tools
We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics tools (no Google Analytics, no Hotjar). Analysis is based solely on aggregated server logs.
Access and deletion rights
Requests to datenschutz{'@'}pharmafox.ch. Response within 5 business days. Opt-out of price data: optout{'@'}pharmafox.ch.
